Upon Arrival:

• Turn on the water, propane, and water heater. Instructions are posted inside the trailer.

Payment and Security Deposit:

• Update Your Card
  Ensure your card on file is active. If it becomes inactive between booking and delivery, call us to update it. The security deposit will be processed automatically two days before your rental. If the card is rejected, it can delay your delivery. You will receive an email if your card is rejected, and you can update it online.
• Security Deposit
  The security deposit will be authorized two days prior to your rental and released seven days after your rental ends. This is an authorization, not a charge, so no refund will appear.

Delivery:

• We require a written site number for delivery.
• If you have placement preferences, submit written instructions. We will try to accommodate, but placement is not guaranteed.
• Trailers must not be moved for any reason, including dumping the tank or repositioning. Unauthorized movement incurs a $200 fee.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery is at 2 PM. Delivery times depend on campground rules, availability, traffic, and our schedule. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Check the delivery terms page for more information: Check-out is at 11 AM. Arrange late check-outs in advance with both us and the campground.

An additional fee will be charged to move a trailer after it has been disconnected from the truck.
