** Please read these instructions BEFORE sending your check **
You will need to pay the Reservation Total located on the Reservation Receipt that was emailed to you when you booked your trailer.
We will hold your reservation up to 10 days awaiting the arrival of your check(s).

Your trailer is NOT reserved until we receive your payment.

If your reservation is:

MORE THAN 30 DAYS OUT -

you may split the amount into 2 checks. The first check will be processed upon receipt and the second will be processed 30 days prior to your delivery date. The ENTIRE reservation must be paid by check to get the discount & both checks must be mailed together.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS OUT –

The full amount of the rental is due immediately & must be RECEIVED in our office at least 14 days prior to your reservation date. Checks are NOT accepted for reservations less than 30 days out during Peak Season, Sold Out dates or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A VALID CREDIT CARD. Your credit card will be charged for the amount due if your check does not arrive by the due date and will also be used for the Security Deposit.
We are not able to give exact dates of when your check will be processed, nor will we contact you prior to processing your check. Processing dates listed above are estimates only.
The Security Deposit is NOT a reservation deposit. Checks received for the Security Deposit will not be accepted.
Failure to send a check will not automatically cancel your reservation
All checks returned unpaid will incur a $25 fee.
