Renter’s Reservation Responsibilities: Renter is responsible for:

• Reading all policies, terms, agreements, descriptions, etc., online and those sent via mail or email.
• Verifying all entered information is correct and reporting any errors within 24 hours of making the reservation.
• Signing and returning all required forms within 3 days of making the reservation.

Changes are limited to availability at the time the change is requested. After 24 hours, the reservation is subject to the cancellation policy, and the renter will be held responsible for all extra fees incurred by River Road Rentals due to any inaccurate information.

Delivery & Setup: Renter must:

• Verify all the information on the reservation is correct, including dates, campground, site number, trailer, etc., and matches the campground/delivery location reservation. The name on the site must be listed on the reservation.
• Verify the delivery site will accommodate the selected trailer, including the size and AMPs.
• Provide detailed written delivery instructions to River Road Rentals at least 3 days prior to the delivery day and verify approval if the renter has a delivery preference (optional).
