Welcome to River Road Rentals LLC. By renting from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Rental Requirements

• Age and License: Renters must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Identification: A valid photo ID is required at the time of rental.
• Credit Card: A major credit card in the renter’s name is required for security deposits and payment.

Rental Period

• Minimum Rental Duration: The minimum rental period is 3 days.
• Rental Day: A rental day is defined as a 24-hour period.
• Return Time: Rentals must be returned by the agreed time to avoid late fees.

Reservations and Payments

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Full Payment: The balance is due 14 days prior to the rental start date.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the rental date to avoid full rental charge.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit covers any potential damage or excessive cleaning fees. It will be refunded within 7 days after the trailer is returned in its original condition.

Use of Equipment

• Authorized Drivers: Only those listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.
• Restricted Areas: The rental vehicle must not be driven outside the continental United States or in restricted areas specified at the time of rental.
• Maintenance and Care: The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle, including oil and fluid levels, and returning it in clean condition.

Insurance

• Insurance Coverage: Renters must provide proof of insurance that covers the rental vehicle. Additional insurance options are available for purchase.
• Liability: The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by their insurance or our supplemental insurance.

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal Activities: The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental vehicle.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified in the rental agreement and subject to additional fees.

Roadside Assistance

• Roadside assistance is available 24/7. Contact details are provided in the rental agreement.

Breakdown and Repairs

• Responsibility: In case of a breakdown, the renter must contact us immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
• Reimbursement: Approved repair costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts.

Accidents and Damage

• Reporting: All accidents or damage must be reported to River Road Rentals LLC and the local authorities immediately.
• Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all damages not covered by insurance.

Termination of Agreement

• Early Return: No refunds for early returns.
• Violation: River Road Rentals LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the vehicle if these terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

• River Road Rentals LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the rental was made.

Amendments

• River Road Rentals LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be provided at the time of rental.

By signing the rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
